|Local Real Estate firm wins UK Award|

A local real estate agency, Hass Consult Limited has been awarded two top real estate prizes by the International Property Awards forum of Britain. Hass Consult won the “Best Real Estate Agency’ in Kenya, and ‘Best Real Estate Agency Marketing in Kenya’ awards
The award ceremony took place at the London Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square recently. Entries were judged by a panel of professionals in real estate.
Now in its 12th year the function has the largest international representation of any recognised property awards. Over 500 professionals from all sectors of the property market, representing 45 different countries attended the event.
The awards entitle the firm to display the International Property Awards logo. “it was a proud moment for all of us at Hass Consult to receive this recognition. We attribute it to the consistent support of our clients, as well as the dedication, professionalism and integrity of our team,” said HassConsult Ltd Director, Mrs Hamida Hassanali.
Chaired by Mr Eric Pickles, Mp and British Shadow Secretary of State, this year’s judges included Mr Peter Bolton King, Chief Executive of the National Association of Estate Sgents and Mr. Jeremy Leaf, chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Others were Mr Paul Bassi, regional chairman, Couuts Bank, Mr Paul Tayler, vice chairman, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Ms Diana Yakeley, cjairman British Interior Design Association, Ms Sarah Purves, interior designer at Laura Ashley and Helen Shield and editor in chief of International Homes Magazine.
